chewing a gummie is so much better than drinking a fiber supplement or even taking 4 capsules. I also like the fact that is a Probiotics as well.

To be "normal" again, EAT these!

I'm talking poo here (FYI!) I needed to get back to a solid "normal" after experiencing travel tummy and know fiber helps. Tried these fiber gummies because I really don't like the powder mixes. After taking the gummies for a few days, PROBLEM SOLVED! My only wish is the orange flavor was stronger but zero chalkiness which is amazing.
