The Beginning Pilates Mat workout focuses on building an understanding of Pilates fundamentals as you identify and strengthen your inner core.  This workout includes a series of carefully selected, well-balanced exercises that will safely introduce you to the various planes of Pilates movement.  Many of the exercises on this DVD are presented with modification options, so you can fine-tune the workout for your body type, and progress at your own speed. Once you have a solid understanding of Beginning Pilates Mat and have effectively strengthened your core, you will be ready to move on to Intermediate Pilates Mat
