I'm not pregnant but i do suffer with chronic pain. This pillow is GREAT! I am sleeping better since I got it. I sleep on my side and I pull one leg of the pillow up against my back and the other leg close to my chest. I sniggle on an can usually go right to sleep. This pillow is a life saver.
