Great experience from start to finish. Seller provided good communication. There were no problems with the ordering process, nor with the shipping company. The ATV even arrived early. Everything arrived in satisfactory shape. Just know that there are no written instructions. Unless you are paying more for a mostly assembled item, some assembly will be required. If you are mechanically inclined, you will have no problems, but if not, my advice would be to have someone who is, put this together for you. My husband, who is a certified mechanic had zero issues, however my young adult nephews were completely lost. Very satisfied with everything. We love our new ATV. May even consider ordering a second one.

I purchased one of these a year ago and waited to write the review. Well after 45hours of use throughout summer, fall, winter, and spring it's still running like a champ. If I had more money and more barn space I'd buy 5 more. I'm a big guy (250 lbs) and I ride around with my children. I love the accessory racks in front and back. Assembly was quite easy, basically just putting on the wheels and racks. Lookup a youtube video for the 10 basic steps. I bought a second one from this vendor on walmart.com and it arrived in perfect condition, wrapped crate right off the boat baby! Figured I would buy it before the tariffs took effect, whatadeal.
