Super soft and warm! I live in a cold area and my baby is warm with these joggers and matching sweater (of course). But I will say, I'm not sure if it would fit a 24 month old. My baby is 10 months and they're getting closer and closer to out growing these. But would definitely invest in these for fall and winter
