To make it work, you need a little converter box like this.
I can't give a low star rating just because I'm technically incompetent and don't understand that TVs are analog and cable boxes are digital. Since RCA and HDMI are not compatible, the box is needed to convert these signals.
But I **totally** got what I paid for!
So if you're looking for a replacement or extra core - this is great!
If you are looking for a way to connect your cable box or computer to a TV that only has RCA, this is not the part you need.
