This is the product I use without fail. It really does what it says it's going to do. It makes your skin luminous. I know there's a lot of other products nowadays that talk about glass skin, but this product is the thing that really works. I've been taking it for years and I always get complimented on my skin. You have to get it in your system. Don't expect results in 2 weeks. I would say give it a good month to 6 weeks and then just put it as part of your regular routine. Always take it after a meal.
