20Pcs Propane Lantern Mantles for Gas Light Outdoor Camping

This is an outstanding value. For the price of about four, 2-packs of Name brand mantles, I purchased 60! My hobby is refurbishing vintage white gas, kerosene, and propane fueled pressure lanterns. They sometimes require repeat testing which can mean replacing the 'silk' mantles several times. This is not the fault of the mantles. These mantles are approximately 1/10th the price of name brands. They are bulk packed, as shown, in bundles of twenty. They seemed noticeably oversized and have a very satisfactory stitching. They do contract after burning in though, as expected. The tie clutch strings are a bit thin but they're extremely strong. I've tugged hard on them and never have they broken. After initially 'burning them in', I run them for a full thirty minutes, to cure and strengthen them. This helps them stand up to rugged use. They glow with a very pale, ever so slight, faint yellow color. They stand up to vibration and rugged outdoor use.
