This is a printed rug, not tufted at all. The rug has a little bit of grip but not much. Soft, no strong smell when taken out of packaging. Colors true to listing pics. I love it for the $40 I paid for 6.6'x9'. I also ordered runner rugs in the ivory color and the colors are coordinated with the blue area rug.

This rug is exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful, unique design. I love that the design isn't perfectly symmetrical. My robot vacuum was having a tough time with my last rug that was a higher pile, and it goes over this rug like a breeze. It didn't seem to capture dog hair. I am thinking about getting a thin carpet pad as the rug isn't very thick. Haven't washed it yet but I'm excited it is washable!
