my mom loves it , it is well supported so soft and foamy. Everytime I turned around she would be knocked out sleep that's how you know it's something I would recommend to get. Definitely easy set up not difficult at all. The only thing I dislike is that it's very low would be nice if it was a little more height to it den it being near the floor other then that it's well liked.
