Great for hydration and keeping kidney stones away
I've had kidney stones a few times and tried changing my diet and taking potassium pills (very expensive). Those didn't work and I still got stones. These have been great and glad to see they are on Walmart now. No stones for years now and this definitely helps me drink more water. I've also been testing my urine pH and it is much better now. Used to be very acidic.
