* Processing and handling time:
This is Print on Demand (PoD) product, it will take 1 – 5 working days for production. Items which have QC problems may need more time for production.
* Shipping/ Transit time:
Domestic order is expected to deliver within 5-10 business days. International order is expected to arrive within 7-15 working days. Depending on product type.
* Cancellation:
We can only accept the cancellation if item is still in processing stage. We have no way to hold item once it is in production stage. Normally items will be moved to production 1 day after purchasing.
