We travel full time to remote places all over North American in our 17' camp trailer. Having a GZ Yeti 500 is essential to our existence. We use it to grind coffee, recharge laptops, iPads, cameras and phones, provide additional lighting and to power the fan in our compost toilet. It also powers our cell signal booster and recharges power tool batteries. We recharge our new Yeti with a Boulder 100 panel. Nine years of living off-grid has taught us to invest in the best gear. GZ is the best for reliable solar equipment!

Great for Emergency Services in rural environments
I bought the Yeti 500 and Nomad 50 Solar combo about 45 days ago for work purposes. We are a Disaster and Emergency Service Department for a rural area of Montana and frequently need a reliable power source to work for extended periods of time in remote locations. In the past 30 days we have used the Yeti 500/ Nomad 50 combo to power portable radio repeaters, and a Star Link, all while charging laptops, UAS/ drone batteries. and cells phones. The setup worked great and was reliable.
