Solid, heavy, quality products

This futon is not your cheap quality, Wayfair futon. This is sturdy, solid, and well-made. Assembly definitely takes 2 people and a few hours, but it's worth it. Definitely watch the assembly video; don't rely on the manual alone. Almost no extra tools are required; the allen wrench it comes with does it all. I'd definitely recommend this product to others.

TOOK A PROFESSIONAL 3 1/2 HOURS TO ASSEMBLE. PROVED TO BE WAY TOO LARGE. TRIED TO RETURN TO WALMART %26 GOT STONEWALLED AT EVERY TURN. ALL DEMANDING IT MUST BE REPACKAGED FIRST. THE 8" THICK QUEEN MATTRESS CAME SHRIK WRAPPED AND EXPLODES INTO A QUEEN WHEN UNWRAPPED, HOW DOES AN 84 YR OLD REPACK THAT?. THE PROFESSIONAL WHO BUILT IT REMOVED ALL PACKING MATERIALS, HOW DO I REPACK THAT? BISON, 3RD PARTY VENDOR AND WWALMAR BOTH DRUG THINGS OUR FOR OVER A MONTH, HHAVE EMAIL %26 PHONE MSG'S TO PROVE. JUST LONG ENOUGH THAT THEY COULD SAY "SORRY YOU HAVE EXCEEDED THE RETURN DATE" WALMART EVEN TELLING US TWICE THAT THEY WOULD SEND A TRUCK TO PICK IT UP AND THEN NOT FOLLOWING UP AT ALL. RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM WALMART ON THEIR WEBSITE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. WE DID IT BECAUSE WE THOUGH WE COULD JUST GET IT TO OUR LOCAL STORE, NOT TRUE WHEN A 3RD PARTY VENDOR SHIPS.
