A comfortable settee, but there were complications with the delivery.

The settee is precisely as advertised; however, it was delivered one hour prior to my event, despite my complaints and nearly two weeks of rescheduling. The individuals who delivered it were amiable and accommodating; however, the organization severely failed to meet expectations.

Looks fantastic in my living room.

The settee is comfortable, with the exception of the recliner. I could detect firm wood at the end of the recliner, and I had to use my hand to extract one of the recliners when I pulled the lever. In general, my spouse and son are delighted with it.
