what happen to quality

FRIDGE HANDLES

I am a service manager for a large management company who only purchases GE appliances. That being said this is a very common occurrence on the majority of the fridges I have ordered in the last 4 years. The handles should be one of the toughest most durable parts on the fridge yet they seem to be the most poorly made. What happen to the quality products GE use to produce?

Very low quality

I have a GE Refrigerator, GE Over Oven Range Microwave and GE Gas Range. The only appliance that has not had a broken handles is the Range!!! Come on guys, you can do better then that!!!

Another Broken Handle

I am at a loss of words with all of the poor reviews for the handle on the refrigerator, I have had one other issue, but I never thought the handle would be one. I am just as frustrated as all of the other ex-customers on here. I am not sure what I am going to do as of yet? I may place the GE in the garage with no handle and use it for a beer fridge and buy a new one for my house....more than likely not GE. Not happy.
