Pay attention to the pictures. Really! Pay attention. If you get one thing wrong, you will have to undo a lot. However, besides the picture directions needing more word directions, this is an excellent bed! It works wonderfully! And even though the bed spring is stiff to pull ip, this is for Your safety so it doesn't fall on you. Give a good pull, and it will open. Push solidly, and it will close. I bought it in King size, and it is wonderful! We store our winter coats, clothes, travel bags, dog carriers, and stuff underneath the bed. It holds a lot, and it is easy to climb into to get the items when needed.

Was missing a part, company was no help
Not a bad product. Surprisingly, it lifts my son's memory foam mattress and memory foam topper without a problem. However, it was missing 1 of the plastic pieces that snap the slats to the frame. Called the company, and they said I had to call Walmart. Called Walmart and they wanted me to disassemble everything and try to fit it back into the box. Impossible. I can and will just order the piece off Amazon (They are pretty universal). $7 for a 12 pack. Not a bad product if it has all the parts. Good luck if you need help though.
