Not happy

Thin and rough texture. Attempted multiple times to reach company to return. Not Wal-Mart but a company they do business with. When I finally got in contact with the right person, was told I had to return at my own experience. Kinda inconvenient for a rug. Be careful when you buy online from Wal-Mart and make sure your item is coming from them and not some random vendor because the vendors don't have the same quality of products or return options as Wal_Mart.
