I used this cast iron plate twice and I loved it…..I sprayed a little Pam spray and nothing stuck at all…….easy clean up in the sink with a little dish soap……I made burgers and also steak and it was great….it will come in very handy when the snow is flying….other places I checked wanted much more for this size griddle…….great price…..

I like that it is cast iron, which means long lasting and easy to clean. If you do get this product, keep it oiled so it doesn't rust. The only thing I really don't like about it is the side grates that catch spills. Food like eggs get caught in there, and they cook inside the grate. other than that awesome product!
