I bought this sheet set about a month ago. Washed them then put them on the bed for a cold night in the Catskills. They have a very good weight. Have not been pilling after being washed three times. They go so well with the theme of roses in our bedroom. I am quite happy with them. No problems so far and since I got such a good price on Hayneedle I ordered another set and they arrived quickly. So, to make a silly pun, we're SET for the winter. My old flannel sheets were pilled and too thin. These are just right. Keep us comfortably warm. We heat our small house with one little wood stove and it can be chilly in the AM but with our down comforter and the sheets we're cozy. They are soft and don't wrinkle. Saw one review of the same sheets that said they aren't white but tea stained in color. They certainly are white - not snow white but definitely white.
