It is really sticky, so that can be good. I have not tried to remove it because I did not plan on the places I used it to be temporary. So I cannot speak to that. I used it to keep some items from moving around on the countertop in my kitchen. I have a hotpot on a trivet and I have a large counter protector. When they slid around it was awkward with my arthritis. Now they stay in place. I also used it outside on a stucco wall to keep a holiday decoration in place.

This product is excellent. I wish I'd learned about it a long time ago. Instead of using a combination of different types of command strips, mounting tape, etc. to attached wall hangings or stop rugs from sliding on the floor, I now just reach directly for this product. The adhesive takes a bit to fully activate, but once it does, this is surprisingly powerful stuff. I would feel comfortable hanging pretty hefty pictures on the wall with enough of this. Since I just started using it, I haven't gotten a sense of how easy it is to remove. But it feels like it shouldn't be too bad if done carefully and slowly (and maybe with a little heat to soften.)
