glad i found!

Since it is winter and there are no bugs outside, I needed some bugs for our bug hunt for the Christmas break. These bugs worked perfect! I put the bugs around the house and the kids took off finding them with there bug nets, tweezers, magnifying glasses, and containers. We were able to look at the differences and similarities between the bugs! Thanks for a great time!

Endless fun for a 6 year old

Our son in first grade had seen these from a teacher at school, and as soon as he had some holiday money he chose to buy a pack for himself. They are good quality and come with several of each type of bug in each color. Good variety and lots of fun imaginative activities, plus it comes in a great storage container.

Bug Counters

These bug counters are similar to the colored bear counters I used in school. My 5 year old gets so excited when I get these out to play. She will sort them by color and type of bug. Each color has 12 bugs and that's perfect for her to count to. She has been able to make patterns with these bugs. There is so many educational activities to do with them but it doesn't feel like learning. These are something I will keep for life. Very well made.
