Orfizip Light NS is a zipper closed precut wrist immobilization orthosis that offers a quick and easy one-step application. The double-sided zipper allows the user to fabricate either left or right-handed orthoses. The shape, design, perforations and soft surface ensure a snug and comfortable fit around the wrist and forearm without straps. Ideal for immobilization and protection of the arm following trauma and/ or surgery. This removable wrist orthosis can also be used for carpal tunnel syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis. The extra lightweight material is completely washable and has optimal skin ventilation. The non-stick coating prevents the material from sticking onto bandages or cotton lining. Patients will appreciate the easy-on-easy off zipper closure and therapists will be amazed at how easily and quickly the orthotic fabrication is completed. Patients with sensitive and/ or fragile skin will especially love the soft velvet surface. Available in two thicknesses and three sizes (Small, Medium, Large) to accommodate all patients. This Orfizip comes ivory in color and has a 2.5 mm micro perforation. Its large size can fit a wrist circumference of around 7.87" to 9.84".
