I struggle with insomnia and this does the trick. It work time varies because if I'm really tired I'll be out in half an hour. And if I'm active about 2 hours and I sleep for 8. The product does what it says. It says it's fast acting it is, the taste isn't terrible that's why I gave it three stars. I've pain all the time because I've a bad back, and I can honestly say that it handles my pain threshold which is usually about a 5 pretty well.
