I read this book to my children and looked for it to read to my grandchildren.i found it in hardcover and was not disappointed. I have enjoyed reading it to my grandsons. This is a board book which is a plus for little ones. Also brightly colored and a reading rainbow book which I remember from my children's past which was considered a good recommendation. The story is an older story rather than a contemporary one ie using words like peddler. Hope you enjoy it!
