I absolutely love this product! This is the second one I buy. It is expensive but a great addition to my house. The day you buy it, it feels too soft (so if you sit on it, you will touch the floor and I it will seem too low for your feet but the next day it is firm and perfect. You must assemble it immediately after opening the vacuum packed insert or it will be harder to fit it inside the cover. It makes your living room cosy and classy at the same time. I wish the chair was not as expensive as it is. I ended up buying it elsewhere.
