Excellent tire! Very pleased with Prinx and Simple

Second set from Simple tire, Ordering is easy, service is excellent. Got these Prinx Hi Seasons mounted on a 2007 Santa Fe AWD (aka "Gunnar", who has 300k on the clock.) Installed just in time for the storm that came into Colorado last night. Drove home on warm, dry pavement, tires were quiet, comfortable, smooth. Went out this morning in 4" of very cold, un-plowed powder and some slush and wet roads where the plows had salted and scraped. These all weather 70k tires are as good as any dedicated winter tire I have used. Gunnar is glued to the road like my old Subaru with Blizzaks. I've only put a handful of miles on these Prinx in the last couple of days but if they last even close to 70k miles, this will be the best money I've ever spent on shoes for a car. Very happy!

Replaced Cooper EnduraMax

These tires are less nosiy then the cooper's they replaced and are much better in snow, slush, ice conditions. Dry handling seems the same or slightly improved. These tires were much cheaper then the cooper's but with as good performance or better. So far I'm very impressed with winter handling with the tires especially at the price point. The price for the cooper's was $208 dollars a tire for a total of $832 dollars before taxes. The prinx tires were $400 dollars with taxes included so that's more than 2x the cost for tires in my opinion aren't worth the cost as these tires perform better in winter weather.

All around excellent tire in any weather

Had these installed right before an 8" Colorado February snow storm. The tires are superb in the deep snow, and have been excellent on the ice after the melting. They are great on dry pavement and don't have the drawbacks of traditional soft snow tires like quick wear, squealing, and sliding on dry pavement. Couldn't be happier with these tires.
