dangerous "toy"

Terribly dangerous product for children as "ball" inside squid toy comes out when plastic covering receives pressure. Gave to autistic 11 year old and was broken within the hour on Christmas. Threw out in garbage right away so have no product to return. I am asking for a refund though. Dangerous "toy" marketed for the sensory population. DO not purchase
