I've tried Serta(too thin), Allswell (too thick and firm), and now this Casper. I highly recommend. Had to buy a 2nd after my wife took mine. She has scoliosis and has been complaining of her neck and shoulder she normally sleeps on and the pain has gone away thanks to this pillow.

Very comfortable and conforms to your neck and body. It stays cool through the night. You can remove the cover but I deducted a star because although the cover is removable it is hard to wash in a machine so the actual pillow isn't easy to clean for the cost I want it to last a while.
