Customer Service Unavailable?
No idea how they work. Couldn't ever get them to turn on, even after full charge time. No worries, just called Customer Service. Sounded like I woke someone up. Didn't seem to know what product I was talking about, wanted unnecessary information, then asked for name and number, telling me C/S was unavailable and would call me back. No call. Returned product. Bought another brand.
