Does not come with screws or hardware

I converted an old kitchen cabinet into a lifting lid garbage can with extra counter space. I needed something to hold the bag inside the cabinet. This item will work... but its a bit janky. it's really just a large rubber band that goes over a metal bracket. You remove the rubber band, put garbage bag over the bracket... add rubberband. I don't know how well it will hold up yet... the thing that really irritated me about this item, however, is that it wasn't cheap. I didn't mind paying more for something that would fit my project... but it doesn't even come with ANY HARDWARE AT ALL TO INSTALL IT. You literally have to go BACK to the store just to buy things liked the screws to install it.... $40 item and you couldn't give us the SCREWS? Come on...
