"Your GreenLife warranty is only applicable on defects in material or workmanship of the product and its non-stick coating under normal, non-professional use in accordance with the Care and Use manual of GreenLife. If your product is found to be defective during the guarantee period, the original owner may return it to the relevant store. It's a huge pan, can cook eggs, bacon, and sausage without them touching. The directions say not to put it on the oven with the heat too high, I've never been over 4 of 10 and not a single issue. Cleans beautifully. And pretty to look at. I am biased, I love this pan. As someone who loves cooking and hates cleaning, this is perfect for me

I've only used this pan a few times, but so far I'm in love! The color is Beautiful! This is the first time I've ever used Ceramic, but my certified nutritionist sister highly recommended these because of the quality for an amazing price. And a healthy alternative! I purchased the whole set and added this one to it. The size is fantastic and the handles are great! No worries about getting the right grip on it. It will not slip out of your hand. Never thought I could get cookware this amazing for this great of a price. And to be able to clean up within seconds???? I mean SECONDS to clean!!! I hardly ever do reviews, but this needed one! Read a lot ceramic cookware, in addition to what my sister had told me... And it is a must to cook at about a medium temp. I put it to medium high and then lowered to medium. But I was amazed at how well the medium temp cooked. Always use recommended utensils and wash with a scratch free sponge. Gentle washing is all that is needed.
