Im so impressed! My energy levels are up, my digestion is better, my mood feels more stable. I wanted to try a more expensive version of these with the female organs as well, but I couldn't afford them. Im so impressed by these, that Im just going to stick with this brand because they work so well for me!! To me, these have zero taste and no after burp. Its just like taking any other capsule. 5 is the dose, but somedays I just take either skip them 2 or 3 if I dont need as much energy and it saves me money. Then, when I take 5 again, I feel the difference. Ive been telling my friends and family about them and trying to get everyone to try them!
