I love the vitamins because they have iron, vitamin D3, and B vitamins all in one. What I do not like is the queasiness I feel after taking them, but I know this feeling is only because of the Iron, so it's okay.

I love that this product is a full multivitamin for prenatal, during pregnancy, and for postpartum. The daily dosage of two capsules are a little big but they are soft gels so they are much easier to take. The size is not that unusual for prenatal vitamins but the capsules being soft gels are definitely a plus. It supports brain functions and more for mama and baby and has plenty of iron and other necessary nutrients. I like to take these even when I'm not pregnant so that I make sure that I get healthy and stay healthy so that I am in a great condition to become pregnant and properly support myself and the developing baby. That strategy along with exercise, stretching, and oils/massage/aromatherapy/hydrotherapy made a huge difference with both of my pregnancies and deliveries. They also help me a great deal when I am on my period and between it to stay healthy with the multivitamin, I usually am anemic and need a lot more iron and other supporting nutrients than I am getting in my diet. A balanced diet full of vitamins and minerals is very important so that you stay healthy, thriving, and can get through your periods, stress, or otherwise. I am glad to be able to use this to support my healthy diet.
