Terrible Shipping and Customer Service

This came folded up in a thin shipping bag. So it has a large crease down the middle and won't lay flat. It also has lots of dents in it that won't come out due to it being unprotected when shipped. I tried to contact the company and gave them send me a new one in a box and unfolded (I told them I would pay extra even), but it's been weeks and they haven't responded. I'll be returning this.
