Excellent for Hot and Cold Beverages

The mug works great for my coffee and the 20 oz is the perfect amount. I am a heavy coffee drinker, but I don't like coffee scalding hot, I like it tepid and the mug keeps the temp perfect throughout the day. The only issue is the opening is a little small, so it can be slightly more difficult to get ice into the top, but that is my only negative. The handle is good and the flip top lid is very nice.
