Glad I bought this file set !!!!!!

These files are a must have when replacing a guitar nut. Very sharp, that only needs 5 or 6 strokes per slot, and the perfect size. The file is easily removed from the guard or can be used in the guard. They cut and polish all at the same time and make a perfect "U" shaped slot. If the file seems not to be cutting, simply brush with a firm tooth brush toothbrush. These files are so much faster and does a professional job. I thought about the cost of a set, and these are cheaper than if you took your instrument to a luthier, if you are a Do it yourselfer. The set I bought here are for a 6 string guitar with .012-.053 acoustic strings. The largest file is a .056 for the low E string. Another nice thing is a metal storage case that is included. I encourage you to visit the Nomad Music website for a more in detail description of these files. These are very high quality!
