Effective!
I originally bought this as a supplement for hair growth as I had read iron helps with that. Not sure of those results yet (although my hair did seem to grow a bit better), it's helping a lot with a brain fog issue I had been having - not being able to focus and just a general spaciness. I feel more alert and I only take 1 a day in the morning. The flavor is good and I do like the consistancy which is less sticky and more chewy and almost grainy in a way? It does give a bit of a metallic aftertaste, but it's subtle. The price is fair for the amount you get. I will definitely order more of these!
