There are so many features that make this a luxury experience. The bidet toilet is chair height making it easy to sit down and get up even with bad knees. The lid has a auto open and close so hands free keeping it more sanitary. There are multiple cleaning functions from a deep clean to a gentle washing. Warm water sprays make cleaning more comfortable. Even the toilet seat is heated no more cold shock when walking up in the middle of the night. All of these functions can be operated from a handy remote control. There is a night light that gives a ambient light which allows me to use the bathroom without a light on so back to sleep I can go. This is a tankless more sleek design. It also has multiple flushing options. I like that it also included a removeable child seat so they can set comfortably too. Seriously I am not sure how we lived without this toilet. We feel cleaner and have already cut down on the paper usage. It comes compete with everything you need to install but the wall outlet. It took about 30 minutes to take down the other and put in the new toilet. Best purchase I have made all year.

Didn’t get to use it, it won’t work with my plumbing doesn’t work with it , the rough in is 12 I have 10 and floor tile was already laid by the time we realized it, but she is a beauty, alllll the bells and whistle, slight sheen to the matte black color. I’m past the return window so I don’t know if I’ll adjust plumbing downstairs and use it in my half bath or try to sell it
