This journal was created because Sophia noticed that anxiety was one of the most prevalent issues that her client's struggled with. She wanted to create a tool that would help people to gain control over their anxiety. It is her hope that this journal will allow people to open up and see their situations more clearly so that they will be able to make the changes necessary to be able to achieve their goals.
