Package came completely open an was ripped or cut up on one side. Shipped in a bag not a box so no support, not even sure if this is new this was going to be a Christmas gift but no way to fix this for it to be presentable. Was of money an time. Added a pic so you can see the rip (on bottom side by fingers) an how package was already open
