Not what was expected
the pillow came vacuum sealed and I gave it to my son and he took it with him and then he reported to me that it wasn't fluffy at all and did not seem to have any structure to it. I'm very disappointed the images of the website made this look like a nice orthopedic pillow apparently it's just flat and soft. I'm disappointed that the quality does not match the picture on the app. and he says he's not going to use it now he's moved away and he doesn't like the pillow I gave him
