Great results

l-glutamine is new to me but this was a good introduction to the supplement. I included this in my diet to improve my gut health and I definitely think that I benefited from doing that. Although I don't work out much I just think that adding this to my diet help to improve my gut health a lot. I had some issues initially with determining how much I should include but I know that I included too much when I could taste it in my water. it's not the best taste so I decided to use it with things like juice or smoothies which masks the taste pretty well.

Don't start my day without this

I am so happy you have this product now. It's really wonderful for the gut lining and I have been using this for two years straight now after I went through a powerful leaky gut healing protocol. Now it's just maintenance.
