I have been using this scale for about six months. I take my weight once per week. It uses an app to control the scale. I like that feature very much as the app remembers my weight and I can see trends. I can also see a lot of other information. This scale is very inexpensive and a very good value. I am very happy with this scale. Note: the app shows advertisements. However, the company designed the app so that the ads are not a big annoyance. When an ad is showing, just press the button at the top right to immediately go to the app.

I seriously have a love hate relationship with this scale. It has swapped my rose colored glasses for MAGNIFYING glasses. It logs and tracks weights and other systemic measurements. For those who'd like to say 'I just have big bones,' this scale LITERALLY shows bone density and fat percentages!! It green lights good measurements, red lights obesity and tells you your body's age based upon your complete results. I LOVED knowing my truth and HATED how much I had lied to myself. I now KNOW how much I must face and do to because my HEALTHIER self.
