The package of this item was careless and my naive self always wants to get people the benefit of the doubt. But it was suppose to be new not used I took a video I the tape that was placed on the tower under to hide scratches the mouse and key board were sort circuit I even brought new batteries to see if it still worked did not. The computer I could not get off of the screen where you pick the country I didn't even want to try after that I just wanted my money from the way it came in the box I should of just left it in the box and sent it back I took a lot of videos because I know is tax season and people are taken advantage of that I brought a computer the next day or 2 from Best Buy because no I refuse to be cheap you get what you pay for but when it says new it should of came new
