My granddaughter has allergies, itchy eyes, runny nose, she has taken these since before she could swallow a pill. I also give these to my 85 lb dog as she has allergies to grass %26 pollen. My granddaughter can take one twice a day if needed, the dog takes one a day. Wish they were cheaper or had coupons.
