Very great!

The quality is very good. The size and the texture are also very good. The ingredients of this product are a good combination. I take this once daily or twice if I do a lot of things. I can say that it helps me boost my energy. Whenever I felt that I lacked vitamins in my body, this one helped me a lot.

Great overall women's multi!

Definitely one of my favourite 3 in 1 tablets in just one dose.Definitely more energy taking these and have not been sick at all since taking these everyday!The tablets are on the larger side but it is replacing 3 products i normally have to take separately.Definitely great value for your money in these!!

Excellent!

This is a great multivitamin, although it doesn't have to be just for women. The quality is great, the ingredients are clean and contain all the necessary vitamins, especially as a gym goer. The taste is fine, nothing of note. Recommended for those with deficiencies or regular gym goers.
