Difficult to open drawers.
We don't like the “soft close” drawers, because they are difficult to open, every time. The vanity is taller than other vanities. My wife doesn't like that. It complicated the installation. I like that it has more drawer space. The sink is extra deep, which has pros and cons. It also complicated the installation.
