This exciting new bain-marie is constructed with very thick high quality stainless steel. It provides high-efficiency performance and is equipped with a thermostat for easy temperature control. They are extremely easy to use and very reliable. It has 3 wells and will hold 3 half size pans, 4" deep. In fact this buffet warmer is ideal for restaurants, hotels, banquet halls and cafeterias but will still work great around the home or for catering purposes with gas.
Note：This machine need to be used with a LPG(lower pressure valve).
