This thing is huge, perfect for my big family. Decided I was going to try cooking the Christmas turkey in this this year so it frees up my double oven for the rest of dinner. So far tested it with a pork roast and the probes showed it heating up really quick and to temperature. i was worried the lid was going to be too light weight and although i think it should be a bit thicker it still worked great. Only negative I have so far is it got super hot, we are getting a silicone mat to put on counter but even the plastic handle got so hot you couldn't open it without oven mitts. it also cleaned up really well and easy with really burnt on pork juices. I am feeling very confident that it will cook and crispen our turkey just right and gives us the ability to have a very controlled area for the turkey if we want to add anything to it cooking, will also be perfect to keep turkey nice and warm in while we finish everything else off which has also normally been a problem for me.

Love this turkey roaster…it is deep (for big turkeys) and the rack keeps the turkey from getting too brown on the bottom. I also used it to bake dressing….worked well but I did need to turn the heat down since the edges were getting too brown. Overall, I am very satisfied!
